Koo Koo for Coconuts!

Drinking coconut water, a non-allergenic energy drink, may help promote smoother and better hydrated skin according to studies. It also helps regulate blood pressure and heart function. Coconut oil is touted for it's anti-inflammatory properties which may help people suffering with rosacea and other inflammatory conditions such as asthma, arthritis and MS.
